NOTICE Concerning CORVID-19
If you have an appointment and begin feeling ill, coughing, sneezing, recently exposed to a person who tested positive for Corvid-19, experiencing shortness of breath, or simply do not feel well, please stay home. We appreciate you letting us know that you will not be coming. Please know that our 24-hour cancellation policy has been temporarily suspended.
Please arrive promptly at your appointment. If you are running late, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you. Arriving late will likely limit the time allocated for your service; it will lessen the effectiveness and most importantly your pleasure and enjoyment.
All services require a 24-hour cancellation.
Please be respectful of everyone’s time when it’s necessary to cancel an appointment, do so at least 24-hours before your scheduled appointment.
Check with your Hairstylist about their cancellation policy when canceling an appointment with less than a 24-hour notice.
Our service providers book your time to give you the attention that you’re due. Unfortunately, your booked space can’t be filled without appropriate notice. Our salon doesn’t use a central booking system—each service provider schedules their own appointments, therefore each service provider has their own cancellation policy.
